These Terms of Service apply to purchases and use of cheapcdkeys.com (“CheapCDKeys,” “the store,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please read these terms before placing an order. They explain how purchases, digital delivery, licensing and customer support are handled.

Our store uses Shopify to provide its ecommerce platform.

2. Products and Services

We offer software licenses, digital subscriptions, gift cards and related services, subject to availability.

Each listing describes the relevant product, including its edition, compatibility, region, license duration, device or user allowance, delivery method and any eligibility requirements.

A purchase includes only the items and entitlements stated on its listing. Physical packaging, installation services, future upgrades or additional support are included only where expressly described.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information necessary to process and fulfill your order.

Before purchasing, check that the product matches your intended use, device, operating system, country and account requirements. Contact us if you need clarification.

You must have legal capacity to enter into the purchase contract or the authorization of a parent, guardian or organization, as applicable.

Do not provide another person’s payment or account information without permission.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Please review your order before completing checkout.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Our acceptance is confirmed when we send an acceptance notification or fulfill the order, whichever occurs first.

We may be unable to accept an order because of unavailable stock, unmet eligibility requirements, payment failure, suspected fraud or a material listing error.

If we cannot accept an order for which payment has been collected, we will notify you and arrange the appropriate refund. Any cancellation remains subject to applicable law.

5. Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the store or checkout. Applicable taxes and additional charges will be disclosed before you complete payment.

Payment methods depend on the options available at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or other charges under its own terms.

We may request proportionate verification where necessary to process a payment or protect against fraud. Please do not send full card details or passwords through ordinary email.

Promotions are subject to their stated conditions. Changes to prices do not retrospectively alter an accepted order.

6. Digital Delivery and Provisioning

Delivery follows the method and expected timeframe stated on the product page.

Depending on the purchase, fulfillment may involve a license key, redemption code, download instructions, subscription assignment or service provisioning. Payment confirmation or eligibility checks may be required before fulfillment.

You are responsible for providing a valid delivery email address and any necessary provisioning details.

If delivery is delayed beyond the stated timeframe, contact support@cheapcdkeys.com. Your rights concerning delayed or undelivered purchases remain unaffected.

7. Licensing and Permitted Use

Software and digital services remain subject to the publisher’s applicable license or service terms.

Purchasing an entitlement does not transfer ownership of the publisher’s intellectual property. Use, device limits, reassignment and transfer rights depend on the specific license.

You must not use products to bypass activation restrictions, exceed permitted usage or access another person’s account without authorization.

Successful activation does not expand the rights granted by the license. Any partnership or reseller statement applies only to its documented scope.

8. Subscriptions and Renewals

Subscription listings will identify the access term and any renewal arrangement.

A prepaid term does not automatically renew unless this is disclosed and agreed during purchase. Recurring offers must explain billing frequency, cancellation arrangements and applicable commitments.

Cancellation of future renewal and refund eligibility for an existing period are separate matters, subject to the agreed terms and applicable law.

9. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for the request process.

Where applicable law gives you a cancellation right, we will respect it. For qualifying digital content supplied immediately, that right may end only when the required consent, acknowledgment and confirmation conditions have been met.

Delivery, redemption or activation does not remove rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or otherwise nonconforming products.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer remedies.

10. Support

For assistance, contact support@cheapcdkeys.com with your order number, product name and a description of the issue.

We may request relevant error details to investigate. Support does not include remote installation, device repair or services outside the purchased offer unless separately agreed.

11. Website Use and Intellectual Property

You must not interfere with the store, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious material or use the website for fraud.

Website content and third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not establish an endorsement or affiliation beyond any expressly documented relationship.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Third-party payment services and publisher platforms may also apply their own privacy notices and terms when you use their services.

13. Liability and Consumer Protections

We are responsible for our contractual obligations and liabilities required by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms do not replace or restrict mandatory consumer protections.

14. Complaints and Disputes

Please contact support@cheapcdkeys.com if you have a complaint. Include your order number and the resolution you are requesting.

We will review the matter and explain our response. Contacting us does not prevent you from exercising rights available through your payment provider, relevant authority or courts.

Applicable law and court jurisdiction will be determined under the relevant legal rules, including mandatory protections available to consumers.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version applicable when your order was placed will normally govern that purchase unless a change is legally required or otherwise validly agreed.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
